These lemon-stuffed queen olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain’s Seville region. They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with lemon, and packed in a mild brine so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff lemons one-by-one, into queen olives.

These olives are great in salads, hors-d’oeuvres, and cocktails.

Olives are jarred in salted water and vinegar marinade. Serve chilled.
